Position: HR cum Admin Officer
Quantity: 01
Location: 12 Lane 8 Nguyen Thi Dinh Branch
Job Descriptions:
As an HR cum Admin Officer, you will be responsible for achieving your target by:
HR
- Social Insurance/health insurance
- Handle and submit all required monthly reports to SI Agency
- Register SI and get HI cards for new employees every month and expired ones on a quarterly basic; ill out new social insurance booklet for employees.
- SI booklet closing for resigned employees and returns HI cards to the SHI Agency
- Submit the claims to SI department for sick leave, maternity leave, accidents, convalescence leave and others as currently regulated by SI Agency.
- Clarify the queries form SI Agency and follow up on the reimbursements
- Quarterly and yearly declaration, payment and reconciliation
- Recruitment
- Control candidate pool and database adequately;
- Scan Resume and schedule interviews;
- Arrange entrance tests, demo class
- Contact candidates for: interviewing, confirming starting date, informing interview/test result;
- Welcome, update and control new member’s information on HR database both in soft and hard copy;
- Manage new comer’s probation period to ensure that this procedure is properly followed
• Compensation and benefit
- Extend visa and get work permit for foreign teachers;
- Form collaborative, probation, fix-termed and permanent contract;
- Make promotion decision and motivation decree;
- Send email to announce to members about company changes and policies when needed;
- Visit sick/ birth giving /wedding members;
- Guide termination procedure and collect relevant documents to terminated members.
Admin
• Address day to day issues from staff and teachers;
• Ensured that administrative systems were developed and maintained to facilitate the smooth running;
• Ensured the proper maintenance and security office at all times. Ensured that office is clean and in working order;
• Ensured VSII’s policies/procedures are properly followed;

Requirements:
• University degree or above in National Economic University, Foreign Trade University, Hanoi University of Foreign Study.
• At least 02 yeas proven experience in HR and administration.
• Strong ability in reading, writing, speaking and listening in English.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engender enthusiasm from both staff and colleagues.
Position: Sales Executive

Location: 12 Lane 8 Nguyen Thi Dinh Branch and 88 Tran Dai Nghia Branch, Hanoi
Job Descriptions:
As a professional sales consultant, you will be responsible for achieving your target by:
• Develop an extensive customer database
• Introduce different education programs to potential customers
• Handle customer's request and complaint
• Effectively sales best services directly or via phone in accordance with GLN branch name
• Make report on daily enrollment and send to Board of Management
• Fulfill personal target and team monthly/quarterly/yearly target
• Carry out administrative works and other tasks when assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
• University or college graduate in English/ Economic
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Excellent use of MS office (especially in Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Having at least one year experience
• Dynamic, responsibility, initiative and able to work under pressure
